Terms of Service

These terms are the rules for using drifted.lol. By creating a page or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What drifted.lol is

drifted.lol lets you build a personal link-in-bio page at drifted.lol/yourname, with links, socials, a bio, and visual customization. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use online services.
• You're responsible for your username, your password, and everything that happens under your account. Keep your password private.
• Give us accurate information, and don't create accounts to impersonate someone else.
• One person, one account. Don't create accounts in bulk or use automated tools to claim names.

3. Usernames

Usernames are given on a first-come, first-served basis. We can reclaim or change a username if it's inactive for a long time, infringes a trademark, impersonates someone, or breaks these terms. We may also reserve certain names.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put on your page (text, links, pictures, videos, music, your own HTML and CSS). You give drifted.lol a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content, only as needed to run and show your page.

You promise that you own your content or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights. If you link to music or media you don't own, you are responsible for that link.

5. What you can't do

• Post or link to content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, or that sexually exploits minors.
• Share malware, phishing pages, scams, or links designed to steal information.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights. This includes pictures, videos and music you have no right to use.
• Show or name another person in a way that exposes them, such as their private details, or pictures of them posted without their permission.
• Impersonate people or organizations, or mislead others about who you are. That includes making your page look like another site, a login form or a payment form.
• Use custom CSS, HTML boxes, hidden, oversized or stacked pieces to cover, hide or disable the report link or the footer of your page.
• Attack, scrape, overload, or try to break into the service or other users' accounts.
• Use drifted.lol to send spam, or to sell or promote illegal goods and services.
• Make fake or duplicate accounts, or use bots or tricks, to farm invites, badges, views or a spot in the rankings. We can remove those badges and rewards, and the accounts behind them.

6. Removing content and ending accounts

We may remove content, suspend, or delete accounts that break these terms, put others at risk, or that we're required to remove by law. We'll try to be reasonable, but we don't have to warn you first in serious cases. Anyone can report a page with the report link at the bottom of it, and we read every report. You can delete your account whenever you want, yourself, from your dashboard (Security and your data), or by contacting us.

Badges, rewards and rankings are fun extras with no cash value. We can change, add or remove them.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on drifted.lol infringes your copyright, email contact@drifted.lol with a link to the content, a description of your work, and your contact details. We'll review it and remove content when appropriate.

8. Third-party services

The site may link to or connect with third-party services such as Discord or music platforms. We don't control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

9. No warranty

drifted.lol is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise the service will always be available, error-free, or that your content will never be lost. Please keep your own copy of anything important.

10. Limit of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, drifted.lol and the people who run it aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or reputation related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top and, when possible, tell you on the site. If you keep using drifted.lol after a change, you accept the new terms.
